Hi Phil. Impressive to see already some major improvements between your initial post and your second one! While Gerrit had his own standards for “star ratings”, it seems to me that your number of stars is based on yield… is that so?
No Dom – I think of it as a measure of probability of the person being active on EK in 6 months’ time – I calculate yield, but it is unimportant in the early stages, IMO. The most important factors to my thinking are whether the person has visited the site after the initial signup, the number of investments they have made (invests column) and that they have connected at least a couple of networks.
I have included these columns so people can make their own assessments. II tried to include more but the table was too wide. I check the ‘activity’ too, but don’t log it because I think it would take too long.
The * rating is subjective and probably will be for a long time.
