EA Update : disabling the ability to “Save” Eaves to a “Savings Account”

Recent EA Changes: update from Duleepa Wijayawardhana (e)Dups

‘As of yesterday we will be disabling the ability to “Save” Eaves to a “Savings Account”. This is part of our process of reducing unused features on the product so we can reduce the complexity, improve on quality and reduce the possibility of bugs going forward. We will be sending out an email to anyone who has savings in a little bit letting them know we will transfer any savings to their main account automatically. Over the next 24 hours all messaging regarding savings will be removed.

If you are curious in all the time we had it the option was used by a great many less than 5% of the member-base.

Again, no eaves are being lost, just the ability to put into a savings account in the Bank.’

I don’t like this. I frequently set aside extra eaves and put them into Savings. It was a useful tool.
